Financial Hardship
Parents experiencing financial hardship who are currently participating, or wish to participate, in the SRS should contact the school to discuss available options. All discussions will be held in the strictest confidence. Unpaid debts may result in reminders, payment plans, or recovery action in line with Department of Education policies.

Unpaid Debts
Where school fees or charges remain unpaid, the school may continue to follow debt recovery processes as per the Department's Debt Management Procedure. As a last resort, and only after other reasonable options have been exhausted, a student may be excluded from an optional, non-curricular activity if a parent or guardian has an outstanding debt with the school.
The school maintains records of all debt recovery actions in accordance with departmental policies and record-keeping requirements.
