Year 7 Enrolments 2025

Enrolment Process

The first step in enrolling is to fill out an enrolment form and provide the mandatory documentation. The enrolment form can be downloaded from this webpage, or collected from the Administration Office.

  • Enrolment Form – please include birth certificate, current report cards and proof of residential address (these are all mandatory)

  • Student Resource Scheme Participation Agreement

  • Media Release Agreement

Once the enrolment paperwork is filled out the next step is for parents or guardians to contact the school office on (07) 47267 666 during office hours (8.00am – 3.30pm) to arrange a suitable time for an enrolment interview with a member of the school administration team.

Enrolment Interview

At the enrolment interview, parents and students have the opportunity to discuss progress from their previous school, specific learning needs, extra-curricular involvement along with any individual assistance required for the student to reach their potential. The administration team member will outline conditions of enrolment and requirements for students including:

  • subject selection

  • dress code

  • code of conduct for students

  • application to study

A signed enrolment form at the conclusion of the interview indicates student and parents have agreed with the conditions of enrolment, and an enrolment date is agreed upon.

Commencing School

Prior to commencing school students will need the following:

  • Students must be in full school uniform at commencement. Please see this link for School Uniform Price List. The operating hours of the Uniform Shop are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.00am to 8.45am. Please see Administration if you wish to purchase uniforms outside of these times.

  • A stationery list will be provided at the enrolment interview which needs to be purchased prior to commencement.

  • Student Resource Fees must be paid in advance prior to commencement. In circumstances where financial hardship exists, individual arrangements may be negotiated at the time of the enrolment interview.

If you cannot download the document/s linked from this page, please contact us and we will provide a copy via the school office.
