Enrolment Process
Our schools enrolment process is online. Please complete an online application form and a member of our enrolments team will be in touch regarding your application.
You will need to first need to gather the following documents to upload during the completion of your online enrolment application. The Mandatory Consent Forms will also need to be completed, saved on your computer and also uploaded during the completion of you enrolment application.
- Most recent School Report Card
- Birth Certificate or Passport for student
- Medical Support Plans (if applicable)
- Visa details (if applicable)
- Court Orders (if applicable)
- Individual Curriculum Plan (if applicable)

RHINOS Trial Day will be held on Friday 28th November at William Ross State High School.
INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PROGRAM
Instrumental Music Application
There will be a cost involved with selected Instrumental Music Programs.
- Brass, Percussion, Strings, Woodwind - $40 per year
- Guitar - $50 per term (to be paid at the beginning of each term)
- Vocal - free of charge
Enrolment Interview
Year 7 2026 interviews can be made via a supplied link emailed at the completion of the enrolment application.
At the enrolment interview, parents and students have the opportunity to discuss progress from their previous school, specific learning needs, extra-curricular involvement along with any individual assistance required for the student to reach their potential. The administration team member will outline conditions of enrolment and requirements for students including:
A signed enrolment form at the conclusion of the interview indicates student and parents have agreed with the conditions of enrolment, and an enrolment date is agreed upon.
Commencing School
Prior to commencing school students will need the following:
Students must be in full school uniform at commencement. Please see this link for School Uniform Price List. The operating hours of the Uniform Shop are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.00am to 8.45am. Please see Administration if you wish to purchase uniforms outside of these times.
A stationery list will be provided at the enrolment interview which needs to be purchased prior to commencement.
Student Resource Fees must be paid in advance prior to commencement. In circumstances where financial hardship exists, individual arrangements may be negotiated at the time of the enrolment interview.
