​​​​Thank you for your enquiry to purchase carpark tickets for the McDonalds Netball Carnival being held on 25th and 26th July 2026.
Payment details are as follows.
$20 per day
$30 for the weekend
Payment for a carpark ticket is via the app Qkr! ​This is an app that can be downloaded onto your Android phone or iPhone / iPad.
After you have downloaded the app, you will be required to sign up (unless you already have access to the app through your child's school and then you will only need to sign in). You will then be asked find a location. If this does not come up with William Ross State High School as an option, search William Ross State High School and click on the school.
You will be asked to make a profile (if you don't already have one). As you will be signing in as a guest, please enter your name as opposed to your child's name as this will be easier for us to verify tickets for the carnival. Once you have made your profile, click the drop down box for Year and choose Guest.
​Click on School Payments (this is under menu if it doesn't come up on your screen straight away). Click on Fundraiser (you will automatically enter the payments page first. You will need to click on Fundraiser to access the tickets for the carpark). You will then need to click on your preferred carpark option – Car Park – Day Pass 25th July. Car Park – Day Pass 26th July or Car Park – Weekend 25th & 26th July. Once in here, please enter how many tickets you would like to purchase. Add to Cart and then head to the Checkout to pay for your tickets.

Tickets can be collected from
- The school office between the hours of 8.30am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday (day after you have purchased your ticket via qkr!)
- The school gate on the weekend of the carnival.
